The first step in manufacturing is extrusion. We utilize 4 fully automated extrusion lines for high efficiency and consistent quality.
Daily capacity: Produces 25000+ sqm of 4mm thickness SPC flooring in 24 hours.
The UV coating process utilizes a fully automated production line. This treatment makes the SPC flooring more wear-resistant, non-slip, and allows for various finishes (glossy, matte, semi-matte).
Automatic lines cut the flooring to size and create the four-edge locking clips. Capacity: 7,000 sqm per 8 hours.
Materials include IXPE and EVA. IXPE sound insulation mats can reduce noise by up to 18dB, providing a quieter and more comfortable walking experience.
We operate a fully automated packaging line capable of processing at least 2,000 packages in 8 hours. Customized packaging is available, followed by palletizing with density board separation and paper corner protectors.
