As a new kind of environmental protection flooring, SPC (stone plastic composite) takes advantages of "0" Formaldehyde anti-proof, waterproof, fire-prevent, mothproof and easy-installation.
The SPC basic layer is extruded by an extrusion combined with a "T" mould. We integrate the PVC wear layer, PVC film deco layer, and SPC basic layer in a Calendaring Machine with three/four rolls. All layers are pressed by a hot machine without the use of glue, allowing for various surface textures during the process.
Because the raw material is green and healthy, SPC flooring planks are free from harmful ingredients such as heavy metals, Phthalates, and Methanol. It meets international standards including EN14372, EN649-2011, EC62321, and GB4085-83.
