Using high-grade Phenolic WBP (Water Boiling Proof) glues that allow our panels to survive 72 hours of continuous boiling water testing without delamination. This guarantees longevity under extreme West Coast marine moisture.
We select dense, high-grade eucalyptus and combi cores. Each core layer is machine-composed to eliminate internal core gaps, ensuring exceptional load-bearing capability and high structural strength during concrete pours.
Imported Dynea phenolic films and Green PP plastic overlays resist abrasion, physical impact, and severe UV rays, giving concrete surfaces an ultra-smooth finish that cuts down on post-cast sanding work.
